Annual General Meeting

Note: The AGM is being held in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coaches Conference; however coaches can attend the AGM without attending the conference.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:

Receive the financial statements and the report of the Association’s Auditors;
Appoint auditors for the ensuing year;
Elect five (5) Directors for a (2) year term;
Receive a report from the Board of Directors, Committees and Delegates;
Deal with any Resolutions brought forward; and
Deal with any Bylaw changes brought forward.

To run for the board or to vote at the Annual General Meeting you must be an active member of the Association. A membership form can be accessed at www.saskcoach.ca under the membership tab.
All coaches are encouraged to attend and support the Association that is the voice for coaching in Saskatchewan!
